Billing day, without the day
Invoices generate themselves each cycle. Reminders go out on their own. bKash and SSLCommerz payments hit the right invoice instantly — and overdue lines suspend automatically until they pay.

Live in an afternoon
No migration project, no consultants. Three steps and your ISP runs itself.
Tell us your brand
We provision your dedicated, isolated system — your name, your logo, your own web address.
Connect your MikroTik
One firewall rule on your router and the platform takes over PPPoE provisioning, suspend and restore.
Import customers, go live
Sync existing PPPoE users straight from the router. Billing, portal and apps work from day one.
Billing day used to take our whole team two days. Now invoices go out on their own and the routers suspend non-payers automatically. We just watch the dashboard.
Common questions
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Everything runs in the cloud on your own private system — you manage your ISP from any browser, and your customers use the mobile app.
How does it connect to my MikroTik?
You allow our server's address on your router (one setting) and add the router in your panel. From then on provisioning, suspend/restore and monitoring happen over the official MikroTik API — no scripts installed on the router.
Is my data separate from other ISPs?
Completely. Every ISP gets its own isolated database and its own web address. Your customers, billing and router credentials are never mixed with anyone else's.
Can customers pay with bKash?
Yes — bKash and SSLCommerz are built in. Online payments mark the invoice paid and restore the connection automatically.
What about BTRC requirements?
PPPoE session logs are captured and rotated monthly in an export-ready format, so compliance requests are an export, not a project.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You get a free address like yourname.bengalstack.com instantly, and you can connect your own .com domain whenever you want.
How do I connect my own domain?
Two steps, shown on your ISP panel's Subscription page. Step 1 — decide how to use it: a subdomain like apps.yourdomain.com for the management system only, or your root domain yourdomain.com to also use our built-in website. Step 2 — add one DNS record at your provider: for most providers (Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) add it directly; for BTCL / .com.bd domains, point your nameservers to a free Cloudflare account and add the record there (set to "DNS only"). Use a CNAME to connect.bengalstack.com for a subdomain, or an A record to our server IP for a root domain. Then we press "Verify DNS" and your HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
